Based on Harry J Friedman’s proven Project Gold Star sales methodology, E-tivity KPI for Retail provides the scheduling manager all the information needed to manage staff performance against budget by automatically calculating staff sales targets based on their individual schedule and estimated sales volume.
Managers are able to assign a projected sales volume needed to make budget for their organizational unit be it store, department, center etc. E-tivity KPI for Retail will then use this projection to produce sales targets for each individual.
Employees KPI targets are calculated realistically and fairly, based on:
- Premium sales times for a retail store or department such as late night shopping or weekend trade; and
- Staff competency.
Individual sales targets for an organizational unit (retail store, department, work area) can be viewed for a single day, a week or a specified date range and the color coded status will easily identify if KPIs are on track, underachieved or exceeded.
