E-tivity® Employee Self Service is browser based and can improve your employee’s productivity and yours by providing easy, secure access to key information. Employees are able to:

  • Access their schedules online with the option to accept or reject shifts;
  • Update their availability so scheduling is based on employee preferences;
  • Create timesheets; allocating times to specific tasks; and submitting the timesheet for approval;
  • View their available leave online, submit leave requests and view the status of those requests;
  • Make basic changes to their personal details;
  • View messages via the Message Board; and
  • Where available, the E-tivity software can provide a link to the organizations Payroll/HR Employee Self Service providing a single point of entry allowing users to view payslips and other HR information without needing to remember another username and password.

All submissions require supervisor approval and follow a workflow process. Managers can also benefit by being able to:

  • Review and edit schedules for their employees;
  • Review, edit, approve or reject time sheet information before submitting to payroll; and
  • View leave coverage and approve or reject availability requests
